Local Gold Prices Rise

Gold prices in the local market rose on Thursday, according to the price list published by the General Syndicate of Owners of Jewelry and Goldsmith Shops.

The selling price of 21-karat gold, the most in-demand by citizens, reached 68 dinars per gram for buyers at jewelry shops, while the buying price stood at 66 dinars.

According to the bulletin issued by the General Syndicate of Owners of Jewelry and Goldsmith Shops, the selling prices of 24-karat, 18-karat, and 14-karat gold per gram for retail buyers at gold shops were 78, 60, and 46 dinars respectively.
