Government: Global Petroleum Derivatives Prices Rise by Up to 12%
Global prices of petroleum derivatives saw an increase during the third week of June compared to average prices in the second week of the same month.

The average price of gasoline (Octane 95) rose to $746 per ton, up from $693, marking an increase of approximately 8%. Similarly, gasoline (Octane 90) increased from $672 per ton to $725, also about 8%.

The average price of diesel went up from $601 per ton to $671, reflecting an increase of approximately 12%, while the price of kerosene rose from $629 per ton to $700, an increase of around 11%. The average price of fuel oil also increased from $447 per ton to $484, an 8% rise.

On the other hand, the average price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for the current month of June decreased to $578 per ton, compared to $595 in May, showing a drop of about 3%.
